Emma Clark, Nutrition Counselling

Emma grew up in Kelowna, BC where she developed a passion for nutritional sciences, studying at UBCO and eventually transferring to University of British Columbia in Vancouver to pursue the Dietetics Program. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition and Science with a major in Dietetics, Emma moved back to her home of Kelowna, BC to work at Kelowna General Hospital as a clinical dietitian. With 2 years of practicing medical nutrition therapy under her belt, she decided to expand into the world of outpatient nutrition counselling. When she’s not providing nutrition therapy, she loves to spend her time hiking, painting, and playing volleyball!

Emma is passionate about supporting clients to develop healthier relationships with food, manage chronic disease, optimize gut health, practice mindful/intuitive eating, and help identify facts vs fiction of common nutrition trends.
