Pelvic Floor/Core and Pre-Natal Group Classes
In partnership with the PG Pelvic Floor & Core Rehabilitation Centre, we offer Pelvic Floor & Core Group classes as well as Pre-Natal & Pregnancy Prep Classes. Our Kinesiologist has completed the required teaching hours to work alongside a women’s health Physiotherapist rehabbing the female body. Conditions like prolapse, diastasis recti, low back pain, reduced spinal flexibility and balance are highly treatable and addressed in these classes.
Aquatherapy is the use of exercises in a pool to assist in the rehabilitation process. It can be done in combination with other rehab services. Available 1 on 1 or in a group class. Builds strength, stability and stamina without loading the affected joints.
Athletic & Lifestyle Taping
Our Kinesiologists are certified through SportsMed BC to use a variety of taping techniques on the body. Taping provides support and stability to an injured area/joint during sports or activities.
