Kyla excels in chronic injury rehabilitation and pain management by employing deep tissue and myofascial techniques to increase mobility and bring the body back to optimal performance. Fascial, Trigger Point Release and Muscle Stripping are used primarily; Swedish techniques are incorporated to aid in circulation and relaxation.
Kyla developed a passion for Massage Therapy while receiving treatment for her own injuries as a gymnast and horseback rider. Having to manage chronic injuries gave her a deep understanding of the importance of proper stretching and muscle strengthening as well as provided her with insights and empathy to injury, chronic pain and the specific demands required on the athletic body.
Kyla’s focus is to help you live your life pain free and to its fullest!
